Showbrew docs
Showbrew is the new name for BitterClip. The app you sign in to at app.bitterclip.com still carries the BitterClip name while the name change rolls out, so these guides use the labels you will actually see on screen. Your account, recordings, work, and billing are unchanged.
Showbrew turns a recorded conversation or session into finished work you can trust: the full episode, a teaching excerpt, a review of what happened, or a short clip. You bring the recording; it writes out a transcript with every word tied to the moment it was spoken. Then you, or an AI assistant like ChatGPT or Claude, direct the result, and every cut resolves against the audio it came from. No timeline to drag, no timestamps to guess. It runs in your browser at app.bitterclip.com, where the app is still labeled BitterClip.
The Creator trial lasts seven days and requires a card: $0 today, then $24/month unless you cancel before it ends. It includes $5 of agent work for one recording up to two hours. Start Creator trial. We'll email you a verification link after signup; confirm it to start uploading and transcribing recordings.

New to Showbrew? Walk through making your first clip, then pick up the handful of words you'll see everywhere. You can make clips in your browser, or hand the job to your AI assistant. Most people begin by setting up a project, which is the home for one show or series.
Use it from your AI assistant
Showbrew's agent is built into the editor. If you connect ChatGPT or Claude, ask it to open a recording or make a specific cut and it operates the same workbench. The source stays attached, the result stays editable, and nothing is selected or published without your direction.
Connect your channels
Hook up the places you publish. Once a channel is connected, you can send a finished clip to it without leaving the workbench.
After you've made clips
Once you have a clip you like, this is where you find it again. Download it, share it, or send it out to your channels.
