# Showbrew

> Showbrew turns recorded conversations and sessions into finished work: the episode, a teaching excerpt, a review of what happened, or a short cut, with the original recording attached so every decision can be checked. It runs in the browser at app.bitterclip.com and inside ChatGPT and Claude via a connection.

Showbrew is the new name for the workbench previously presented as BitterClip. The application, sign-in, MCP endpoint, and support mailbox still carry the BitterClip name while the name change rolls out; the documentation below uses the labels shown in the app.

The model is Recording → Episode → Clip: a Recording is a raw uploaded source; an Episode is one stitched transcript timeline (one or more recordings) and the unit you work in; a Clip is a short exported cut from an episode. (Older material called episodes "Moments" — that term is retired.)
